How do I personalise my gift?

Here at Cauldron Designs we have made every effort to make your gift shopping experience magical, easy, and fun. Most personalisations can be entered into the product specifications before adding it to your cart. If further customisation is needed, or you want a custom piece, then please use either the links or the form above to contact us.

Does personalisation cost more?

At Cauldron Designs we make price transparency a priority. There are no hidden costs. Giving you peace of mind to focus on choosing the most magical gift. All prices quoted on the site includes the personalisation listed. In the case where something extra is needed and you have contacted us, if the change is minor we will honour the original price. However, if customisations are significant, or a custom gift is required, prices may vary slightly due to the extra work that is involved in creating magical gifts. If this is the case, a price will be quoted to you, and agreed upon in advance. We can work with you to meet a budget also.

How long will it take to receive my order?

At Cauldron Designs we endeavour to deliver your magical gift to your door within 3-5 business days of receiving your order. We offer the option to see a proof of you gift before it is created. If you choose this option, then an email of the design will be sent to you for approval, we do request that a response be sent within 24 hours, in order to stick to shipping times. If a response is not received within 24 hours it is assumed that the gift is to be made with the design sent.

What if I have a large order?

As Cauldron Designs is a small start up business our shipping times above may vary for larger orders. If you require a larger order for events then we would kindly ask that as much notice as possible be given. You can use the above form to contact us in regards to lead times on your specific order. We can then quote a price, advise on lead time, and state the deposit that is required to accept the order, along with the payment date for the remainder of the balance. We can cater for wedding favours, party decor, staff gifts and much more.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of personalised & customised gifts refunds cannot be offered once a product has been made. If there is an issue with your order then you can use the contact details above to contact us and we will be happy to assist you. Non customised orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days.
