Framed Engagement Memory Gift

Simply provide the following details in the personalisation box:

• Name of Couple
• Date of Engagement
• Location of Engagment (you can choose whether you want the general area in the heart map or the specific venue just let us know what you choose)
• If framed option is chosen then the type of frame required
• Once order is complete please email chosen image to [email protected]

Currently, the options for frames are simple black, simple wood effect, or simple white. We are working on expanding our frame line.

****It is important to note that we strive to have these mock-ups to you within one business day of ordering, they will be sent to your email address that was provided when ordering. You will have 24 hours to respond if you would like any minor changes (major changes would be considered a special custom design and would have to be charged separately). If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours of receiving the mock-up we will assume the design is to be printed as per the mock-up. This design will then be printed and sent as per mock-up and requests for changes can no longer be accepted. The onus is on the customer to check spam and ensure email notifications are enabled.
