****It is important to note that we strive to have these mock-ups to you within one to two business days of ordering, they will be sent to your email address that was provided when ordering. You will have 24 hours to respond if you would like any minor changes (major changes would be considered a special custom design and would have to be charged separately). If we do not receive a response from you within 24 hours of receiving the mock-up we will assume the design is to be produced as per the mock-up. This design will then be produced and sent as per mock-up and requests for changes can no longer be accepted. The onus is on the customer to check spam and ensure email notifications are enabled.
